Any request for an exchange or credit must be made within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit. We are sorry, but no refunds will be issued, no exception.
To be eligible for a return, you must call or email Tres Chic N Sassy for a return number. NO items will be accepted without our approval. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately "Sale or Clearance" items cannot be refturned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us, for your return/exchange number, and then send your item to: 416 S. Austin St. Rockport Texas US 78382.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
